The chartering and the departure of the vessel takes place normally if the prevailing winds at the reception point do not exceed the scale of 5 Beaufort and after permission of the port authorities. In case of bad weather, Spetses Cruising will contact the client well in advance of the embarkation date to propose alternative routes and/or dates. If an alternative itinerary cannot be arranged, the company will refund the full amount paid by the customer.
Prices for the All-Inclusive Trips include crew, fuel, VAT and all the amenities described in the trip itinerary. Restaurant dining costs are not included in the price, nor are local attraction entry fees, the services of local guides, shopping expenses and general additional resort/destination costs. Additional cruising time beyond the indicated duration will incur further cost.
Payments for trips and excursions are due in full no later than three days after the agreement of the itinerary. Payments can be made using PayPal, major credit cards and bank transfer.
Clients requesting cancellation of their trip up to four weeks of the embarkation date will receive full refund less payments’ associated expenses. If the cancellation request is made with less than four weeks to the embarkation date, then the refund amount, if any, will be determined by the company’s best efforts to re-let the vessel for the agreed period.
